Cessna 303 crashes into house near Sky Acres (44N)

RIP, indeed.
It appears it happened close to the airport (given that Smith Rd. runs roughly parallel to the runway.) They (44N) don't appear to sell Jet-A, so misfueling wouldn't be the issue.

Yes it hit a house right at the intersection before the airport, about 1/2 mile. You are correct. They don't sell anything but 100LL.

For all the comments you read calling the pilot a hero for not hitting anyone on the ground, this guy had about a 1 in 10,000 chance of managing to hit something and managed to put it right into a house. Which just confirms for me that in a situation like this you generally have no control over what you hit.

Never heard of a Cessna 303 until now. Looks like an interesting plane.
