"Hello Vladimir,
This morning I made a test flight. The propeller is doing very well!
It is better than the original one. (600 less rpm for leveled flight, but keeping it's rate of climb of 2.3 m/s))
I had to increase the tip angle to 14,8 deg.
The max. propeller rpm: 2200 (engine: 7700 rpm) (during flight).
temperature: 16 deg.C
humidity: 89%
I am very happy with it!

After the expiration of the appointed resource of 600 hours, the service life is extended by 100 hours after the examination. This is recorded in the passport of the propeller. The number of such checks and renewals is unlimited. The report on the results of the verification and extension of the resource must be sent by e-mail. At the slightest suspicion it is necessary to send a message with a photo by e-mail.
 
There was a new blade - elliptical. The diameter of the propeller is 1740 or 1760 mm, depending on the type of hub.

I´m ok and so happy with prop. I feel the plane a Little bit fast at cruise speed, not to much because is so dirty , but enough. Climbing is powerful then I´m happy. Everybody here likes so much this prop because materials and finish. But I just used your prop for 15 hours, I´m still waiting for Ingenier to get airworthiness Certificate. I made all with old prop and I have to finish it with it. "

Tested the 2 Blade version of my Meglin prop today with a new spinner....very happy with the improved performance!!
 
We try to please all customers. If this is not possible, we design and manufacture a wooden propeller.

Friends, I will be glad to the opinion and criticism of the operators. But there is one question. For some reason, few orders from owners of classic UltraLite to 450 kg. Their was little? They little fly?
 
Friends, colleagues! I will try to neutralize the impact of holidays on the execution of orders. Work won't stop!
 
That's not a bad lead time, IMO.
 
I have to apologize to the customers who did not have time to put the propellers in the specified approximate time. Despite the selling hype, we must first ensure quality stability-even if it happens at the expense of manufacturing speed.
 
Some operators have come to the conclusion that the 2-blade versions of our propeller with a diameter of 1840 mm are more efficient than the 3-blade version. They acquire a 2-blade hub and remake their propellers on their own. RES is about the operators of the aircraft savage.

Any work towards a propeller suited for 350-400 Horsepower? 4-blade, variable pitch prop, 74-76 inches in diameter?
