This morning I made a test flight. The propeller is doing very well!
It is better than the original one. (600 less rpm for leveled flight, but keeping it's rate of climb of 2.3 m/s))
I had to increase the tip angle to 14,8 deg.
The max. propeller rpm: 2200 (engine: 7700 rpm) (during flight).
temperature: 16 deg.C
I am very happy with it!

After the expiration of the appointed resource of 600 hours, the service life is extended by 100 hours after the examination. This is recorded in the passport of the propeller. The number of such checks and renewals is unlimited. The report on the results of the verification and extension of the resource must be sent by e-mail.
