I would like to offer our propellers are produced in Ukraine.
We improve them for 20 years and achieved some success.
Sabre propeller works fine in the whirlwind of the pushing motor aircraft X-32 and X-34. German plane CT-SW with a propeller diameter of 1700 mm and an engine Rotax-912-80 easy to reach speeds of 250 km/h, even without installing the meter.
He showed a good performance on other planes: Sigma-4, the VIS, the T-10, the sky Arrow.
Installation screw diameter of 1600 mm for engines Rotax-503 gave increased traction on 25-29 kg.
The diameter of propeller 1750 mm is the most popular for the Rotax-912-100.
Sabre Propeller diameter 1840 mm has proved to Savage plane.
I am sure that you are using different propellers.
But your plane with our propellers will fly even better.

Just received a letter from Hungary. Owner draft measure up to his wooden propeller - 1250N. Then he set a 3-bladed propeller saber 1600 mm - thrust 1590N. Power - 50 hp
American pilots confirmed the growth of three-bladed saber thrust propeller 1600 mm 25 kg with Rotax-503 engine.

A new saber 3-bladed propellers with a diameter of 1600 mm. US pilots on Rotax-503 gains some traction 25 kg. Hungarian pilots increased thrust to 159 kg compared with 125 kg. All this at a very low noise and no vibration.

The fastest plane on which you install our propellers - CT-SW.

The photo shows the new spinners - carbon 202 * 220 mm and fiberglass 262 * 290 mm.

The new saber propeller diameter of 1600 mm 159 kg gave thrust to the engine Rotax-503.
From the United States reported a gain of 25 kg of thrust, compared with straight blades.

What for?
Propeller works since 1997 - no resource damage have been identified.
Excess strength ratio equal to 3. That's not counting all the safety factors.
This is for the weakest of all the blades made.In case of accidental damage, you can always order the replacement blade.

Another Savage our propeller 1840 mm. Italy.

There are two types of spinner: 202*220 and 262*292 mm.
They can be made of fiberglass or carbon fiber.

Propeller diameter 1700 mm at the Rotax-912-80 engine provides traction 209 kg. German aircraft CT-SW with him and set spinner has a top speed of 270 km/h.
I sent a couple of saber propellers for engines Lycoming in the US. Customers were satisfied.

Recently saber propeller diameter of 1840 mm has passed certification tests and is certified in Germany as part of Savage aircraft.

We started to produce reinforced carbon fiber blades for engines without gearbox: Lycoming, Continental, Jabiru, Limbach, Volkswagen, UL, Sauer.
