Hi! I am 16 years old and trying to pay for flight lessons. I have a job but it does not pay enough to keep up with consistent training. I have a 529 plan and I am wondering if that can be used for flight training at a part 61/141 school? Has anyone ever heard of using it? I would appreciate any help / knowledge that you may have! Thank you

If you go to a college that offers an aviation program you could.

Yep. May be able to cash it out, too, but I bet you would only get a portion of the total that way.
