Butter and fat

Yum! I still remember the stroganoff my aunt would cook when I was a kid. She lived to her late 80s and was active until the day she died.

She must have known my grandmother. She ate what she wanted, drank what she wanted, couldn't spell "cholesterol" in either language, and was healthy until four days before she died -- well into her 80's -- outliving several of her doctors in the process.

Eat whatever you want, your going to die anyway. I think people who worry about their nutrition die sooner than those that don't. Worry causes heart disease.
