Moving to Bozeman in search of hangar for a single, anybody know of open hangars for rent. Also will be soaring and connections to the folks soaring there?

Thanks

I really like the area, nice scenery. It sounds like a great adventure.

Moving from where? One State away or many?

From Florida have a motor glider on order, will receive in about 9 months

I think they call themselves Bozos.

In the absence of any first hand knowledge, I would ask this place. There are two FBO's in Bozeman, Yellowstone Jet Center (affiliated with Signature), and Arlin's. It seems as if Arlin's caters more to the small airplane crowd.

In 2013 we spent a couple nights in Bozeman due to weather. We used Arlin's and service was great.

You are a lucky guy. Bozeman is a great place. I will be flying in there at the end of July to go fishing in the area.

You, sir, are the lucky one! I used to take my frequent flier miles, go to Bozeman and drive my fly rod to Yellowstone for opening day. Not much travel any more. It's beautiful during fishing season, but is not Southerner-friendly the other two thirds of the year.

PM, Sent

Photo looks about right, I was there last December. Also watched the Pawnee and 2-33 flying, while waiting for my flight.

When you arrive at the airport, remember not to give your bags to a stranger to carry for you...

Yep it is a great place. This is my 10th year to visit this part of Montana. In 7 day we fish 6 or 7 rivers in the area. Yellowstone has so many breath taking sights.
