Prayers for my friend Colleen Weber based at East Troy who put her Bonanza down in a field this afternoon.

Reportedly 4 onboard, 3 hospitalized, all will make it.

Sounds like the skydive plane was up and heard/saw it happen, and a few of the skydivers jumped and landed right in the field to help.

Okay, that has to be about the most awesome thing I've heard yet today. Good on them!

And that is now the newer most awesome thing I've heard today.

Seriously, is this the skydiver/EMT version of the Private Pilot dreaming of saving the airliner, or the CFI talking a non-pilot down from another airplane?
