Looks like a 182. I'd start by removing the trim strip between the wing and fuselage and checking how tight the fuel sender screws are.
 
I wouldn't be surprised it it was hoses or connectors in the wing root area leaking and not the bladder itself.
 
Have you ever run auto fuel?

That was my guess too, but it was the bladder itself. Small and intermittent leak. Listen to your airplane...
