Bill of sale & Registration ?

The FAA mentions electronic signatures on the sale and registration forms.
I could not find what constitutes a valid electronic signature, nor where you email the forms to.

Thanks I didn't spot that. Since "Fees cannot be paid online at this time" It makes the digital signature bit moot.

Call the reg office at the 3116 local number. The page date of that link is 2019 and more fees can now be paid online through pay.gov.

I would highly recommend using an Escrow like Aerospace reports. Not only did they handle all the documents for me but were able to clear a lien before I purchased my plane.

Anyways if you have adobe you can use it to create an electronic signature that's valid.
