Best way to convert unused restaurant/retail gift cards to avgas?

I have a bunch of restaurant and gift cards I will never use. I know there are web sites where you can exchange them for a more fungible method of payment. Any specific recommendation? Or one to avoid?

Avoid websites asking for snacks for hungry Nigerian princes in exile.

I see people selling them for cash on Facebook marketplace and Craigslist for obviously less than face value. Not sure how well that works, never tried.

I saw a machine at Safeway that you pushed the card in and it gave a receipt you can convert to cash.
