Or any doctor that is state licemsed.
Or, contact the local school and see who the doctor is that does the CDL for the school bus drivers. From other discussions on this site the CDL doctors seem willing to do the paperwork.
One did for me. I walked in cold and he'd never heard of BasicMed, but he did not hestitate. Check that he is state licensed, however.
