Basic Med in AZ

My one did mine for a large bottle of Tanqueray
 
IIRC, mine was about $80. Went to a place that does DOT physicals.

Considering what little is involved, $207 seems a bit steep. Is this doc the only one in the state doing Basic Med?
 
I paid $360 for mine four years ago, but the Bay Area's cost of living is among the highest in the nation.

No. A fair number of the local GPs will do them.
 
I think mine was $100 for a med clinic that does DOT physicals. Given it’s only every 4 years and how hard it is to find a place that will do one- I could deal with $207.
 
I think I went to the same place as Half Fast, DOT Physicals in Mesa. Totally painless, went over a few things that I needed to work on but don't interfere with safety of flight. My primary wouldn't do it due to lack of familiarity with the process, even when I brought in the paperwork.

Doc: "How's your anus?"
Me: "Just fine, thanks."
Doc: *ticks the ticky box*
