Here's a video I just uploaded last night about Class D communications.

I have my group of favorites, including Mr Aviation 101, Guido and SteveO, but often look for topical offerings. One that has been pretty good for that is the Social Flight channel. Their offerings tend to be recorded webinars that are long and, like many long seminars, have repetitive and boring parts. But overall they've been pretty good for learning and reinforcing discrete things.

So, for example, I have on my YouTube Channel a playlist for Ed Williams' two-part series on the Skew-T chart.

And one I recently came across is a seminar presented by a Continental Motors tech guy on engine management with a focus on leaning LOP. This is a link to Part 1. Kind of boring to me but parts essential to an understanding of Part 2, although I think for many who understand the basics, Part 2 might be good on its own.
