I just checked out Missouri's personalized plate website looking for the date of inception and I found that you can get a
Homeland Security Fight Terrorism License Plate

YGBFSM!

In the early days of Missouri's personalized license plates (late '70s, early '80s) a guy in my home town had "STONED".

And, yes, he typically was.

Talk about asking to be pulled over.
