I hope this message finds everyone well. I am a college student interning at Atlanta International this summer from approximately May-15 to August-10.

I would really appreciate any recommendations or information regarding housing of this kind, and my budget is approximately $700 a month.

Ask around at the colleges for someone looking to sublet for the summer.

You might also see if someone would do a long term Air B N B in the South ATL area. Maybe rent a small room, etc.

Back when I was contracting as an A&P mechanic, I would place a want to rent a room ad on craigslist. I would explain who I am and what I’m looking for. The fact that I am a responsible older man with a family who is NOT going to visit, Non-smoker, no drugs, no parties, no visitors or guests, all adds up to a safe bet.

I had pretty good luck. For example when I was out in Tucson AZ, I hooked up with a Air Force officer who needed someone responsible to take care of his house and his dog while he was gone for 6 months.

You need a crash pad… lots of ‘em in College Park.

See if you can find a bulletin board for people trying to get hired, that’s the kind of thing they’d research.
