Anyone Else Use a Towbot?

[Fearless Tower]

These guys:

I'm trying to figure out if the company went defunct? The website appears active, but I cannot get ahold of anyone on phone or email.

I bought one of their towbots 8 years ago and it has been awesome, but I need to replace one of the wheels and can't get a response.

Don't really want to buy a different tug, but may have to.

If it helps, their pretty old Facebook page shows this phone number

This will probably only help if you want to buy another, but these guys are very responsive and I've abused the heck out of mine and it still runs like a clock.

If you hit a dead end, you can take a pic of one of the wheels/tires, post it here, and I’m guessing you’ll be able to find a generic replacement from our peanut gallery…

Call the sales number. If there is any signs of life left, it would be someone wanting to make a sale. Once you make contact, have him/her transfer you to CS.
