Do you have a place to stay yet? If not, I'd recommend the Silver Cloud Inn and ask for a view of Lake Union so you can watch the DHC-2 Beavers from Kenmore take off and land. It also happens to be within walking distance of Seattle Seaplanes as well.

Galvin's at Boeing Field (you did not specify seaplanes). Actually, there are several operators at BFI capabile of meeting your needs....Galvin's is just the largest and oldest.
