Since we didn't know WTF we were doing when we started, we just did everything the way WE would have liked it, in our dream hotel when traveling fantasy.

Thus, the delivered breakfast (which I have been told is IMPOSSIBLE to do, by experienced hoteliers. We've done it every day for 9 years!), real brass keys, and TEN cup coffee makers.

And it's Wolfgang Puck coffee -- not that tepid brown water most motels give you....
