Anyone know of an app to allow Android OS based phone make video calls like the iP4's FaceTime? If it can make video calls to the iP4 that would be a big bonus!!

Don't you need a camera on the same side of the phone as the screen?

Fring is the answer, Scott. Its pretty sweet. It does iPhone, Android and Symbian.

Scan this barcode to get it:

That might work, the scan idea, but I'm reading and answering this using my Droid. Hard to scan an image on it's screen. :-)
