Where is the rule located prohibiting non-RVSM IFR flight when the altimeter is within its inspection period but with an error of more than +/- 75 feet between actual field elevation and indicated altitude when set to station pressure, please?

I don't recall any regulatory rules but there is a "+/- 75 feet" reference in the AIM to have the altimeter checked if it exceeds that. But keep in mind at elevations of 10,000 feet and above the acceptable bench check tolerances are more than +/- 75 feet.
