This newly painted speed machine needed some glamour shots! It was also great to see water in Lake Travis again.

I should have gone to med school.
Yeah. Law school, but yeah.

Growing up, I thought all I ever wanted was to own tractors. Turns out, there are more fun ways to burn petroleum distillates.

Beautiful photos. The Jetprop is not my favorite SETP, but Jack makes them all look like Sydney Sweeney.

There’s water in Lake Travis? All I remember is the topless girl getting out of the boat at Carlos and Charlie’s. :)

How long until you’ll be putting a kid through college?
I told my girls they’d better get scholarships because Daddy is an addict of the worst kind… aviation addict. Always broke and looking to get high. They listened!

Beautiful. Love those smooth lines. The most efficient certified turboprop (think). Notice how even the fowler flaps don't have cowlings with completely internal tracks. Completely flush rivet design. That slick design leads to the plane being an impressive glider, with around an 18:1 gide ratio with the prop feathered. Sounds like up to 260 KTAS on 32ish gph. I prefer the more robust Meridian/M500. Less efficient and more expensive, but also built a little stronger with more robust and automated systems.

Beautiful as always, Jack. But I sure wish they wouldn’t break up your pics with all that unnecessary text.

Great pictures Jack. Those radio antennas I got to see a lot from my child's dorm and apartment during under-grad and law school at UT. Austin's a lot of fun, but we had several burglaries involving vehicles while visiting.
