May not be near redline - I don't think there's a way to tell if he is, or if he's a bunch slower (outer scale).

I read it at 71 kilometers/hour or 38.3 knots. Pretty reasonable speed for over the top.

That's what I thought it was... I started to ask how you tell on that sort of ASI, but hell, if ya can't tell whether you're flying 70 or 300, then shoot, reading the gauge ain't yer main problem.
