Neither if you two know diddly squat when it comes to Tri Tip... Head on down Ventucky way and we'll school ya on the subject...:D

The usual menu here is Tri-Tip, Beans, coleslaw, and sour dough garlic toast.... of course the garlic is from Gilroy ;)
