Is this another example of "Shrinkflation"?

I was looking at DEALS on my "Total Wine and More" app and they have a discount on 700 ml bottles of Isle of Skye 12 yr Double Smoke Scotch".
I don't believe I have ever seen 700 ml bottles of alcohol. Is that common anywhere?

Also, Does anyone know anything about this Scotch blend?

700ML is the standard across Europe and I find Total Wine tends to have those sizes in regularly in stock. It appears they have about 280 selections (~5%) across all their spirts with 3 dozen Scotch selections in 700ML.

After blending, the entire concoction is then put back into casks to rest […]

This is a Macleod product, their Highland 12-yr under the maker's name is exceptional. I seldom venture into the Islay whiskys (much prefer my Whiskey with an "e" but when going Scotch always pick a Highland or Speyside) but considering this is a Islay-Speyside blend, I may have to go on an adventure.
