They have roughly 1700 hours on them. They didn't owe me anything but I was disappointed to find them cracked while replacing o-rings on the pistons.

Pretty easy job to get the parts off the old castings using a hammer and socket. A little heat will help loosen up the brake bleeder seat if you plan on resusing it.

New cylinders appear to have more metal in the area where the old ones cracked. At $275 each I don't want to do it again in my lifetime.

I froze the anchor bolts for several hours and warmed the new castings in the oven to 200 degrees and just used a cheap arbor press from Harbor Freight to install them. Worked slick.

Nice work.

You do all this with your prosthetics. And I get people calling in missing work because of a sniffle.

The spot faces are different on the new one too.

Busy weekend going to see the new Star Trek, a fundraiser, and getting ready for the next work week but still managed to get the brakes on and bled.
