11 TFR intrusions over 4th weekend 2025

Business as usual. Plenty of people not checking NOTAMS, in this day and age where it takes two minutes to check for TFRs before take-off.
Some years ago I was at PHL talking to the guy in charge of Approach. He told me they had multiple repeat offenders, and a few triple offenders. And that was 2-3 years into Biden's term. Everyone should've gotten used to the TFRs by then and expect them.
Also, anyone flying in the area that has two radios should have #2 monitoring guard if not used for other purposes.. ATC will do their best to reach you and give you a code. They don't want to deal with the intercept.

If you can do it 3 times and get away with it, what incentive do you have to change? Does anything happen to the except a slap on the wrist ? Surprised you can do it 3 times and continue flying as normal

It's the kindler, gentler FAA for you. Yeah, after #2 I'd expect some tougher enforcement.

I think you have to take some remedial training course.

I have foreflight, I do check notams, which ticks me off every time. But foreflight also has graphical representations of TFRs on the map when a plot my course. There is really no excuse.
