With the annuals showing great compressions and a 10 year time frame 2011 - 2021 where the engine was pickled.. What do i need to look for in engine maintenance?

The place I always recommend to start is to discuss these type questions with the mechanic you will use for your next annual or maintain the aircraft. Its his/her subjective opinion that really matters in the end.

Thank you Klaus, I needed some experienced rule of thumb recommendations. That gives me excellant context.

Was it actually pickled? Or just not run?

On Continentals, you can pull and check the lifters without splitting the case. That would probably be a smart thing to do.

Stored in a hangar? I wouldn’t worry about anything in particular but would inspect everything. I certainly wouldn’t worry about induction rubbers but I would torque the worm clamps.
