No, not even close. The new ones are for sale from Sporty's and Appareo. Once they are purchased by a consumer they become used. That applies to all consumer goods. No reply necessary.

I contacted GoPro and you are correct. But you have to provide the new owner with a copy of the sales receipt or proof of purchase.
