    INSTALLING DME

    Certified Letter from Oklahoma City

    Hi, I own an airplane and I am a new private pilot. USPS didn't deliver the letter but instead left a notice in our mailbox. I have to wait till Monday to know what its about. Any idea what it could be about? :eek:
