    I’m missing the first 10 years of log books to my 79 Piper Lance. I have 32 years of annual inspections and 5314 TIS hours. Because of the missing logs, will I have to comply with the inspection?

    I used this switch to turn on my heaters for the plane for several years. Worked great. Does require a cell SIM card. Instructions and external antenna include. If you can use it, make me a reasonable offer and cover the shipping.

    Agree with your assessment... I wish I had a better understanding of the standby vacuum system. Immediate activation of standby system and reducing power should have given me a partial reading on the vacuum gauge and if so, and in IMC, land immediately..

    No reading on the Vac. gauge would be the first indication. Precise flight says a max of 3.5in

    First time for me but a lot of good lessons learned. We left Pennsylvania on 11/26 at 8:30 AM, I was 30 miles north of St Simons Island, our second stop before Daytona. I got the red light and the VAC annunciator on the panel. I looked at the Vac gauge and there was no vacuum. Now, what to do...

    I used the plastic spiral wrap on my Lance. There’s a few places that melted a bit but mostly held up well and looks nice.
