AUTHORIZED RELEASE CERTIFICATE.

When I bought my first plane, the old owner stapled the form 8130 in the log book next to the log entry for the task performed (eg: tire change, cylinder swap, etc), so that is what I have been doing. But it really clutters up the log books. 337s are all filed together, separate from the actual log book.

How do you (or do you) file these certs for your airplane?

I would usually recommend owners create a separate folder for such documents. The only ones that I would affix to the record page were for major components like an engine or prop especially if it referenced a Work Order number or other similar mx comment performed on that specific part.

I keep them all in a binder, for significant stuff only. Tires, tubes, screws, = trash
