    Had the opportunity to pick up a new 930 and bring it back to the US.I was guided by a terrific ferry pilot Jacques Raissiguier. Awesome 2 days! I have an incredible amount of respect for the men and women who take airplanes on these extended trips.

    Flying from Phila to San Clemente early April and looking for ideas on an interesting place somewhere midway to stop. I'm thinking about someplace with a good on field restaurant and or cool site seeing spot. Kansas or Colorado maybe?

    Best route to take Long Island, NY to Central NJ

    I commuted for 6 years from south jersey to Republic both VFR and IFR. They will take you VFR off of Republic and steer your thru with vectors. They arte literally the best and most accommodating guys to work with. Very easy and much safer than skirting under with the helicopter guys

    What would you do?

    I soloed a warrior then bought a 201 and finished my training in the Mooney, I would definitely go with the 206 and get more time in type.
