250lbs is about the max you're going to fit in a Stearman, and even that's going to be tight. Plus, you'll have to carry next to no fuel and a light instructor to be able to do any aerobatics. if you find a 450 Stearman it'll carry more, but you won't be able to (legally) fit more in it. Mike-
