If you're willing to go south into Iowa, try Tim Newton at Livingston Aviation in Waterloo, IA. I did IFR, Comm, CFI, & CFI-I with him. Great experience with every ride.
This is how I teach them too in good ole Iowa. Fly over your points without ever leveling the wings. vary your bank angle to compensate for wind. Easy peasy.
P&N flight and charter in Clinton Iowa ,I have a Cherokee 140 I train my students in. I have access to IFR planes as well. We also have a Piper Arrow to do the complex portion of the Commercial Certificate. Scheduling is very flexible and very few delays.

I did mine in 41 hours total time
15 dual with CFII (10 hrs dual in a BATD, 5 hrs dual in an Airplane)
26hrs with safety pilot.
Yes it's possible to get your ifr with the minimum dual time. I spent about 15 hrs on the ground with my CFII doing ground work. Something that helped me greatly...
Used King for the ground to get the written endorsement, then used Sheppard for the written. Like stated above, FOLLOW Sheppard's study plan for their program. It works! I got a 98% on my IFR
Here's a couple before and after pictures of what I just did. I had outdated/non working IFR equipment. I had 1 of my KX-170 removed and replaced with a Garmin GNC355. Then had dual G5s installed.
I got a quote back in October for GFC 500 2 servo install. They quoted me $13,600. It would be higher if you don't have at least a G5 attitude installed. I have the G5's already.
No, they cover the ACS. She just goes VERY in depth. Its good info. If you have a king course with it provided, watch it. Its good info. If you're thinking of buying just that part, don't. There's plenty of videos online that go over the oral IFR portion
It's ok. It gives you an idea on how the oral portion will go. There's a lot of good info in there but like Salty said, she goes way to deep into each question giving too much info that isn't needed. DPE asks you a questions, only give them that answer they need. If you add any extra info...
