I have a Trinidad TB-20. Useful load 1248, cruise at 140 at 65 percent power burning 11.8 GP and 5 seats. Awesome load speed combo. Great solid airplane.
Flew 2 hours in IMC one time. First half was night. Wasn’t so bad as I had another senior pilot with me and was actually a smooth ride. Then one time just trying to climb out of IMC hit some patches and bumps that had me disoriented for a bit. Scared the hell out of me. Bottom line - every time...
Exactly - even with high prices there’d are only so few of these left and no real viable option for new trainers that are not 400 k. Give it another 10 years and most of these planes will be gone
I’m contemplating selling current plane for a plane thats a better fit formy mission profile. Love my plane keep trying to come up with creative ideas and reasons to keep it.

I can confirm . The level of service has gone to ****. They been cutting hours as well, not that I blame them when they have one controller for ground and air
