    If you get really concerned about the crosswind component with a magnetic variance of +-2 or +-3, as a student pilot, or ANY pilot for that matter, the next thing in your head should be "No Go for 1000 Alex!" The actual crosswind delta will be a couple of knots at best. Sent from my SM-N986U...

    Couple of questions I have, What airspeed were you shooting for on final? Flap settings? Carrying power all the way in or adding power to compensate for the gusts/shear?

    I know of a 421 RAM conversion that will be for sale nearby in the near future. A Navajo would fit the bill nicely as well.
