This is driving me nuts.. I know the three documents (medical, endorsements, log book) but I can't find the FAR that states that anywhere. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Also, who's writing this stuff?! Do we really need 8 paragraphs on how and when to use seatbelts? :mad2:

Student pilot with about nine hours at Benton O85. Grounded for the last two days because of weather and it's killing me! CFI called me this morning and said he couldn't even see the plane from the FBO's front desk. When weather is in my favor, I'm flying about five times a week.
