Super quick question on ibuprofen use before a Class 3

Probably a really stupid question too

I have my initial medical exam tonight in about 5 hours. Unfortunately I've been battling a wicked headache all day and would really like to take some ibuprofen or acetaminophen to ease the pain, but I'm unsure if this would affect the outcome of any tests he'll perform tonight.

I wouldn't. Might affect your heart rate? I dunno. Might have a tough Doc too.

I suspect your headache will affect your vision and/or BP more than Ibuprofen would. I've popped aspirin before medicals.

I would make sure you drink plenty of water. Frequently mild dehydration can cause a headache
