Lake Berryessa

Has anyone flown over to Lake Berryessa? Thinking about flying there but haven't been yet. Is it congested over there, terrain issues etc? Thanks for any information!

You'd have to dodge the boats on the lake and make a long water taxi to get to a boat ramp. I'm sure someone has done it, but there is no seaplane base there...

Icon flies their A5 aircraft there a bit. And yes, there are terrain issues.

Yep, Icon lost one of their pilots and a new employee due to flying up a blind cove.
