Useful load....extra fuel....
How can you take off if you have full fuel , leaving you left just enough for you and passenger plus a extra flexible fuel tank of 66 galons adding a lot more weight ..going far beyond max weight allowed for take off??? How these earthrounders manage it???
If i take the example of this turbine a36 with pilot and 2 * 50 gal tips plus 120 inside plus 117 which the plane carries normally!!!!!! 2235 pounds of fuel.......plane useful load is 1250.....
 
The extra fuel weight reduces the safety margins designed into the airplane. It needs a lot more runway to fly, and takes a lot longer to climb than the unmodified plane. It can't climb as high, will have a slower maximum airspeed, faster stall speed, and probably won't stand up to turbulence as well as a modified plane until the fuel is burned off. There are probably other issues I didn't touch upon.
The people who do this get waivers for the modification, but I don't know the details for how that is done.

Has anyone taken a turbine Bo around the world ?

Plenty of regular Bonanzas have done the RTW trip. They just take off massively over gross on the few legs that call for extra fuel. Long runway, correct technique a plane will fly 25-30% above certified weight. But it's an operation right at the edge and very intolerant to any further variability. Babar and Harris Suleman are one example of how things can go bad in a hurry if you take off with fuel for a 16hr flight.
