Beef Jerky (A Satire)

How did you manage to spill enough coffee to Fill your whole pilot seat to make a puddle????

I'm an idiot. I sat the coffee in the seat And forgot it was there and then proceeded to tow the plane out of the hangar.

Having to adjust to this new way of doing things is making life interesting.

Your first order of business needs to be replacing that audio panel. What a piece of monkey motion it is.

Funny video, nice plane and friggin awesome audio panel! Oh and I don't usually notice stuff like this but nice shoes too.

I've got to call Walt and get one of those 1-2 knobs in Candy. (I don't need 3 or 4 since there are only two seats in an RV)

My daughter sells essential oils ... which ones do you recommend? Are there different oils for the prop and the wheel pants/shoes/spats ... yeah, spats! Cause spats ain't got no soles and neither do your wheel shoes ... so they be spats. So, spats oils?

Love this comment on the channel:

"I'm the kind of person that imagines the airplane is a person. I can just imagine the Grumman standing there staring at her new owner with a disappointed look in her eyes."

Whats the difference between spats and wheel pants?

you missed one of the very important steps for safety - from another thread we are told that too much air in the fuel tank can cause an engine to quit - do you have any suggestions about how to remove the air?

I have no idea how to shop or dress. When I flew to NY to get the Grumman, the weather was all New Yorkie and I wore sandals there because I am all Texasy. Well lots of water and my sandels... I probably don't want to tell this story oh well, I have momentum. So my "shoes" were soaking wet and started to stink. I mean bad. Texas Feet with New York Funk. I was going to get on the plane to go home and I thought I don't want to be that guy. I found a Target in what I think was the Bronx and I went to the shoes Aisle. Well they didn't have anything so I bought fabric softener and shoved as many sheets as I could between my feet and the sandal. It got me through the plane ride.

Then I got home and went to a Texas Target and went to their sandal section and bought what I thought would be some sort of trendy dandles like I see people wear. I wore them home and my wife just goes "No. I get what you think you were going for but you're not wearing those" and ordered me a pair of new normal sandals on Amazon.

So I have those full foot funky sandals. I just wear em when nobody is around.

I am still on my first tank of gas. I am not sure who to call when it gets low.
In the Cirrus I think it auto refills or something. Its just always full and I keep getting receipts.
No clue what I am going to do.

How do you like the cabin width?

How do you like the cabin width?

Its actually bigger than I thought it would be.
I flew my dad last weekend and he's a pretty big guy.
We fit fine.

It seats 4 comfortably. I was also looking at Cherokee 180s and that back seat has nothing on the Grumman.

Awesome. It looked cozy in the video but that was probably just the Eötvös effect.

@6PC,

Eren would appreciate it if you would quit jerking your beef and paid more attention to her.

Anecdotal comment from another horny dude. :D

You know, I had half a mind to think you did it intentionally.

I'm a goof but I like to keep things neat and tidy.
In all honesty, those little things in my life I take as "Slow down" moments.
I was pretty irritated when it happened but it made me stop and think through some things.

and most folks I know.....drink coffee thru their mouth. o_O

I'm sorry....but that was funny right there. I like how you rolled with it.:D

Now... did you really fly on your jacket or spend an hour cleaning it up instead?

I'm still wondering why anyone would have a jacket in Texas in July.

we still don't know if that was really you. haven't seen a pic with a pencil and PoA thread with today's date on it. SCAM!!!!!!!!

Be careful, I've had those pop off at rather inopportune times.

yup...and if they have in just the right place they can bounce off you knee and accidentally hit your master switch and turn it off mid flight...DOH!
