Bacon

Does that get served with Lipitor?

Just one slice? Man, I get 4 pieces for my breakfast sandwich. But I try to hold back to just once every 2 weeks or so on those. I could have one every day.

It was random. I was at the bar and the bartender said "want some bacon?" And I said "yaaaaaaaa" so he pulls out a strip of bacon out from under the bar.

They use it to make bloody mary's and he ended up with extra.

Ok, where do they serve deep fried bacon and a side of cow?

Be-Bops, in Wilmot, Ohio....Amish Country. Rumor has it the restaurant is fronted by a cardiologist :) I originally took the pic cause I figured no one would believe me.

Yeah, I'm the least-picky person you'll ever meet. But even I don't eat food pulled from under the bar. Or from strip club lunch buffets. File those under Never Again.

Uh, that's highly suspect lol...Like @Gerhardt I would not be eating anything from under a bar. Haven't you ever seen Bar Rescue? God knows what's down there in some of those places.

That's like someone offering you a piece of gum from their pocket, a piece that is just loose in there and soft from body heat and sweat. Ugh..no thanks.

Dammit, I haven't figured out how to multi quote yet.

@#2 - That does look good except I'm a low carb guy. Breading on the bacon defeats my purpose. But it's a great idea.

@#11 & #12 - It was still hot and on a napkin, so I'm not to worried. And I'm still here.

Looks great, being no carb ,I'll have mine without the bread.

Tap House Grill around the Chicago have a deep fried bacon dish that is pretty good. I am also a low carb guy, but I make an exception when I am there.

Did the batter coating make it soggy on the inside? The crisp texture is a big part of bacon's appeal.

Good Lord....food porn! :) Nice light fluffy breading. Bacon was crisp but not crunchy/fall-apartish. Oh, baby...oh, baby! LOL!!!

My son makes these jalapeno poppers on the grill. Take a whole jalapeno, scoop out the seeds inside, stuff w/ cream cheese, wrap it in bacon and grill 'em! So good!

Hi....I'm Jim....and I'm a foodaholic.... <drooling> :)

Nope. There was enough lettuce underneath to make it a wrap. They know how I like it. And yes, it was good.

Damn that's a sharp image.

Sadly, once I turned 40 I just can't eat onions like I used to. But man, I wasn't hungry until now.

I can handle them just fine, but the ratio on that burger looks like it is a little too heavily weighted towards the onion.

So which would be worse, Sac reeking of onion or Sac reeking of perfume?
