Mmmm. Bacon.

That would be a great addition. This is from the menu:

TOM'S PITTSBURGH SALAD
Grilled marinated London Broil atop mixed greens with cucumbers, tomatoes and red onions. Topped with french fries, boiled eggs and cheddar cheese. Served with your choice of dressing.

STEAK SALAD A LA SAC

Grilled, marinated tri-tip cut thinly across the grain, laid over a bed of romaine, topped with guacamole, tomatoes, sour cream and shredded cheddar.

Sac omelet

3 eggs, add a couple shakes of garlic and herb seasoning blend, whip lightly with a fork.

Dice some onions and green olives.

Preheat large skillet with some olive oil, pour eggs in, shake to distribute evenly and cook covered, medium heat for a minute or two. Add onions and olives, cook covered until top of omelet is solid. Add grated cheddar, cook a little more, covered, flip it in to thirds, cook a few seconds more.

Slide on to a plate, shake pepper and Parmesan on top, then eat.
