Zipcode Data To Map?

The FAA released the zip codes of the UAS owners (but not their names) in spreadsheet format. It can be found by drilling down from this site.

How does one plot zip codes on a map? Is there special software needed or can it be done in one of the mapping or satellite programs?
If there is special software needed, any suggestions on programs to consider or avoid?
