The invisible air trail...is the heat waves from the exhaust. Unless of course, ZDNet is the first to break the news that the Raptor has a cloaking device on it? Not to mention...how are we supposed to see something that's invisible in a photograph?

The U.S. Air Force on Thursday sent a Lockheed Martin F-22A Raptor for a return visit to Oshkosh, Wis. Raptors can climb vertically and maneuver at speeds from 80 mph to more than 1,400 mph. Their stealth technology (note the invisible air trail) can elude detection.
