If one wants a 5 seat 200kts canard plane. I'd go with the Velocity TXL, since there are examples already flying today.

Well, I may be paranoid, but a second-hand homebuilt scares me. Yes, I know the factory guys could be even sloppier, but I just feel more comfortable with the Good Housekeeping Factory Built seal of approval. That, and the Cobalt looks roomier. And predatory. And just plane (sic) cool.

Looks neat, but like every groundbreaking GA design, it will end up heavier, slower, shorter-legged and more expensive than they project now...
