Yokota Aero Club

Hi, I'll have a bit of an extended business trip to Tokyo. I'd love to be able to fly on the weekends but I understand that GA is very difficult for FAA certificated pilots in Japan. I'm not a service member but I'm wondering if anybody here belongs to Yokota Aero Club and if it would be possible for me to be a guest. I'd of course pay all costs as allowable, etc.
