This happened with me in north Dallas a few months ago. Went to fly a home inspection (drone) and looked at Skyvector and realized it was all red for some reason. Zoomed out and lo and behold the forecast Presidential TFR was active much sooner than predicted. I had to explain to the homeowner that even though the President was 20+ miles away that I couldn't fly my drone for her inspection and that we'd have to reschedule.
