Sorry Bill I just had to start a new thread on this.

Over The new year I and my family flew USAirways to the Bahamas. We never got credit on our Dividend Miles Acct ( frequent flyer program). I emailed the program and they asked me for all my info names , dates of travel flight numbers cities traveled to and through. Below is a chain of the emails sent. I think you will get a kick out of them.

Keep in mind the The email which appears first or on the top is actually the one sent in response to my email. I did x out some personal info.

We were unable to retrieve your past date reservation and credit the US
Airways flights to your Dividend Miles account based on the information
you provided. Please respond to this email and include the name as it
appears on the airline ticket, dates of travel, the cities flown and any flight numbers so that we may respond to your request. Please include your ticket number if available.
As an alternative, you may submit your request for past date US Airways
flights online at usairways.com. Log in to your account and click on
Request Missing Miles to access the form.

I would say Mary Kountz has a bright future in some government bureaucracy. Did you see the news about the Fort Dix terrorist family? Seems their immigration paperwork languished in the federal bureaucracy due to a "backlog" -- for 16 YEARS!
