Van's numbers are very accurate. The published gross is 2700 lb. Typical empty weight is 1600-1700 lbs. You can do better or worse depending on the choices you make.

In any case, that leaves a useful load of 1000-1100 lbs. Full fuel is 60 gallons or 360 lbs, so you should be able to fill the tanks and put 640+ lbs in the cabin.
